The Financial Abuse Panel

CANHR has developed a panel of civil litigators to pursue cases of Financial Elder Abuse. CANHR’s goal is to assist seniors who have been victimized by unscrupulous estate planners, insurance agents or others who use deceptive sales practices.

Why CANHR’s Lawyer Referral Service (LRS) Financial Abuse Attorneys are Special

Lawyers on CANHR’s LRS Financial Abuse panel have all been carefully screened by the CANHR LRS Advisory Committee. This panel is comprised of attorneys who are recognized leaders in the field of Elder Financial Abuse litigation. The minimum requirements for CANHR panel members before they can be permitted to join the Financial Abuse panel are as follows:

• The attorney must have handled to completion two elder fiduciary abuse cases.
• The attorney must demonstrate experience equivalent to handling fiduciary abuse cases such as similar actions or attendance at relevant legal seminars.
