• The attorney must have filed and obtained an order under Probate Code Section 3101, or must have filed and obtained a favorable decision from an Administrative Law Judge in a Med–Cal Fair Hearing.
• The attorney must have attended one State Bar approved MCLE training in Estate Planning or a related field.
