Payment of fee enrolls payor in California Advocates for Nursing Home Reform's ('CANHR') Legal Information Network ('LIN') for one year, beginning with date of payment receipt. Participation in LIN does not imply endorsement of attorney's qualifications, experience and/or knowledge of laws or regulations regarding Medi-Cal or long term care issues.

CANHR prohibits the use of its name for the purpose of advertisement by attorneys, financial planners or any other organization or entity. Signature and registration in LIN constitutes agreement to adhere to this prohibition.
