Nursing Home "AA" Citations

Class AA: The most serious violation, AA citations are issued when a resident's death has occurred due to nursing home violations and carry fines of $25,000 to $100,000. Below is a list of AA citations from 2007 till the present with a summary and the complete citation for each.
