CANHR is delighted to announce that Governor Jerry Brown has appointed CANHR Senior Staff Attorney Prescott Cole to the California Professional Fiduciaries Advisory Committee.

Prescott Cole’s training as an attorney and his interactions with countless seniors who have been financial abused has made him keenly aware of the needs for strong statutes, clear regulations, and vigorous oversight of those who control the assets of elder or disabled individuals.

As an Advisory Committee member Prescott will have the opportunity to contribute to the continued development of the professional fiduciary system in California.
