Regulations Changes Released

The Department of Health Services (DHS) has released the proposed comprehensive estate recovery regulations (R-32-00) with notice of the changes (MS Word, 58kb).

Written comments must be submitted by 5:00pm on March 16, 2006.

Please see the DHS web site and go to "select DHS regulations" and scroll to R-32-00 for a complete copy of the regulations, the revised application for Hardship Waiver form, and supplemental materials.
